At DGK, we stand behind the quality of our skate hardware and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is unused and in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
